Cut Glass production consists of teams of 3-4 craftsman in the blowing process and a different team of 3-4 craftsman in the cutting process. Here is the problem with maintaining intrinsic values. If any one of the craftman is less that a true craftsman then the entire item may be forever without intrinsic value.
